Summer Reading Online Camp
Your exclusive ticket into a different world starts here…Escape today’s worries and avoid the summer “brain drain” with a journey into an interactive story experience. You and up to 7 new online friends will have the chance to read a compelling novel at your reading level, guided with direct, interactive instruction by a master teacher, who has been featured on the local news and the Today Show, and who knows how to bring the words alive! You’ll learn new words, discover new things, make predictions, let your imagination fill in the mysteries, and have the chance to add to the story; whether it’s through writing your own comic based on the book, thinking up alternative endings, adding a unique character, an author “drop-in visit,” or other interactive ideas from the creative mind of your teacher, you’ll never read the old “boring” way after being a part of the RITES Online Book Club.
